Language Services For Events

Hero Curve Element

Experienced linguists covering over 200 languages for your event

Planning an event?  You have come to the right place.

Creating, producing and running events is not for the faint-hearted and you will need a steadfast and experienced partner by your side.

We have learnt over the years that there can be so many facets to organising a successful event, and that for any event to be successful, you need all the elements to be truly accessible.  This might mean ensuring your event is accessible to the Deaf, hard of hearing, blind and partially sighted, but if you are planning an event for a global organisation, then your content will need to be available in the relevant languages.  We cover a large range of languages, so please let us know which languages would be of interest.

Language services for events

All the services below are available in over 200 languages.

  • Document translation.
  • Subtitling and captions.  We are even able to offer a live captioning service.
  • Voice overs. We have multiple male and female voices for you to choose from.
  • Interpreting.  We have interpreters able to offer on-site consecutive interpreting, interpreting via video link and simultaneous (real-time) interpreting.  We are also able to offer British Sign Language Interpreters.

Why choose us?

There are at least 3 really good reasons:

  1. We have an amazing team of dedicated project managers ready to work with you to make your event successful.  They are backed up by an equally amazing team of linguists and voice over artists willing to take up the challenge.
  2. Our costs are realistic, so much so that many of our colleagues in the language industry treat us as another trustworthy pair of hands that they can afford to bring on board.
  3. We have the experience and we know what a deadline means. One of our most recent challenges was to provide material for an online event. We prepared scripts in 20 languages for 18 videos and corresponding voice overs over 8 weeks.  We had a very happy (and relieved) client.

Whom do we work with?

  • Corporate event planners
  • Corporations of all sizes
  • Charities
  • Experiential and marketing agencies
  • Event promoters
  • Festival organisers
  • Production companies
  • Local authorities
  • Government bodies
  • Other language service providers

Just let us know how we can help you.

2021 | International courier company
Our client wanted to take their employees on a journey around the globe – but from the comfort of their own homes. The extravaganza included videoed dance classes, safaris and cookery classes. It was an amazing project to be involved in. Our project management team and recording studio engineers didn’t sleep for 8 weeks, but it was worth it!
  • Voiceover scripts in 20 languages of 18 videos. Voiceovers in each language.
  • Employee of the year online celebration.
  • Arabic, Japanese, Vietnamese, Hebrew, Czech, Dutch, Mandarin, Polish, Italian, Thai, Korean, German, Indonesian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Malay, Russian, Turkish, English.
  • This project was subcontracted to us by another Language Service Provider on behalf of a global courier company.
“That is amazing! Thank you so much for all your hard work!”

We add new languages every day to our list of capabilities.  As fast as we build up a linguistic team able to deliver a particular service,  we try and add the details to our website so you can see what is possible.  We can already handle over 200 languages and the number is growing daily.  Head over to our languages page to find out how we can help you.
